Nutritious U Food Pantry
Boynton Health’s Nutritious U Food Pantry provides fresh and healthy food to students who struggle to get enough to eat. The pantry is open various times throughout the year in Coffman Memorial Union, the St. Paul Student Center, and the West Bank Skyway.
Pet Away Worry & Stress (PAWS)
Boynton Health’s PAWS program provides Animal-Assisted Interactions (AAI) with registered therapy animals such as dogs, cats, rabbits, and chickens. These two-hour sessions run Monday through Thursday during the academic year and twice a month in the summer. A licensed social worker attends each session.
Let's Talk Mental Health Counseling
Let's Talk counselors provide informal consultations to help students with specific stressors and introduce them to what it’s like to speak with a counselor. Let's Talk is not a substitute for psychotherapy or formal counseling and does not constitute mental health treatment. Your Let's Talk counselors can help you determine whether formal counseling would be useful for you and, if appropriate, assist you in connecting to additional mental health resources.
