Larson Art Gallery, St. Paul Student Center
Chromaspace explores the liveliness of color and identity. This exhibition examines the spaces where our personal and cultural narratives reside. Bringing together a diverse range of mediums, from intricate collages to expressive fabric and figurative works, Chromaspace highlights a collective palette that bridges our different backgrounds. Each artist invites us to step into a world where every hue carries a story, and every surface offers a new perspective on the vibrant, multifaceted world we navigate together.
Participating artists include: Daniel Arzola, James Engelbart, Cammille Henry, Nickolas Idrogo, Thomas B Peterson, Christopher Pouler, Lyzbeth Ramirez Rios, Rainbow Robbins, Isabella Sanchez, Tamera Forero Vera, and the UMN student group "Artist’s Collected."
Join us for an opening reception featuring a zine-making activity (in partnership with the UMN student group "Artist's Collected") and refreshments in the Larson Art Gallery on October 1, 2026 from 6-8 pm.
