Essential Functions:

Customer Service Associates are responsible for providing general customer service at the concessions areas at the both the CMU Theater. Additional duties include light food preparation, cleaning and stocking, and taking attendance at films. Work shifts are available Thursday, Friday, and Saturday evenings/nights.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • 50% Customer Service; answering guest questions; friendly, timely service, firm adherence to retail policies, position is required to work both behind the counter of the Theater Concessions Stand.
  • 25% Technical Operations; cash handling via operating cash registers and taking attendance of theater showings.
  • 20% Cleaning and Stocking; light to moderate cleaning duties, displaying merchandise on sales floor.
  • 5% Other duties as assigned.
