With ample seating and full audio/visual capabilities, the Theater has been host to films, theatrical performances, dance recitals, panel discussions, lectures and more. Located on the Lower Level.

Performance Package

Have your performance at the full rental rate and receive all preceding rehearsals, as well as audio/visual equipment, at half the regular rate.


Registered Student Groups
$100 for 0-5 hours; $20 each additional hour

University Departments
$250 for 0-5 hours, $50 for each additional hour

Outside Guests
$300 for 0-5 hours, $60 for each additional hour

Includes 0-5 hours of room rental.

Additional charges may apply depending on the nature of your reservation and event needs. Charges can be accrued throughout the event planning period up to and including the day of your event. SUA reserves the right to assess convenience, cleaning, or other fees as applicable. A final bill will be sent within 30 days of your event.
