Conference Rooms

Small Conference Rooms, 301, 302, 304, and 305

Coffman Memorial Union offers four small conference rooms that can seat up to 22.

  • Pods: 16
  • Lecture/Rows: 22
  • Large Meeting Table: 16

These conference rooms are perfect for group meetings, information sessions, or event breakout sessions. Each room includes a 65” LED TV, built-in buffet counter, and dry erase board.

Medium Conference Rooms, 307, 319, 323, and 326

Coffman Memorial Union offers four medium conference rooms that can seat up to 32.

  • Large Meeting Table: 21

Each room includes a 70” LED TV, built-in buffet counter, and dry erase board.

307 includes an executive boardroom table that seats 22 with seating for an additional 14 people.

Large Conference Rooms, 324 and 325.

Coffman Union offers two large conference rooms that can seat up to 48 with great views of downtown Minneapolis.

  • 2 Large Meeting Tables: 32

Each room includes a 70” LED TV, built-in buffet counter, and dry erase board.

Conference Room 303

A flexible space with a beautiful view of campus that can seat up to 66.

The room includes a 5’x8.5’ projection screen and two 70” LED TVs.

Registered Student Groups
Free for 0-5 hours, $15 each additional hour

University Departments
$75 for 0-5 hours; $15 each additional hour

Outside Guests
$150 for 0-5 hours; $30 each additional hour

Coffman 303

Registered Student Groups
Free for 0-5 hours, $40 each additional hour

University Departments
$200 for 0-5 hours; $40 each additional hour

Outside Guests
$400 for 0-5 hours; $80 each additional hour

Each room includes 0-5 hours of rental and the Basic AV Package: Data Projector, Computer Audio, and Lectern with a Wired Microphone. Student groups are allowed one free conference room per week with a five-hour maximum. Additional conference room reservations will be billed at the department rates.

Additional charges may apply depending on the nature of your reservation and event needs. Charges can be accrued throughout the event planning period up to and including the day of your event. SUA reserves the right to assess convenience, cleaning, or other fees as applicable. A final bill will be sent within 30 days of your event.
