Winter Wellness Challenge¶
Foster your wellbeing this season by participating in our Winter Wellness Challenge in partnership with RecWell and SKY at UMN! Each week we will share activity prompts that focus on a different aspect of wellness. Share your participation by joining our Google Room (z.umn.edu/suawinterwellness) for a chance to win an amazing prize each week*.
*One winner will be selected each week. Participants must be currently registered students and
are only eligible to win once.
February 8 - Emotional and Spiritual Wellness
February 8th @ 5pm: Anala - Yoga Flow
February 11th @ 5pm: Rachel - Power Yoga
- Post a video of you doing Bhastrika (Bellows breath) in a unique location.
- Journaling the emotions for the entire day. How did you overcome it?
- Prepare food and take a selfie with it. (15 min)
Week 3 (Feb 8-15)- Journal, Stabilo Pen Set, Meditation Cushion, RecWell Group Fitness Pass
