Guided Meditation

We know that this year has presented unique challenges, and we want to help you relax in partnership with de-stress. Find a quiet place and your inner calm on Saturday, October 10 from 2-3 PM for a guided meditation session led by Alex Meyers, a mindfulness instructor from the Bakken Center for Spirituality & Healing.

Instructor Alex Meyers Bio:

Alex is the Director of Product & Skills-based Volunteering for the Minneapolis marketing technology firm Ovative Group. In addition, Alex has been a committed mindfulness practitioner since 2014. He has been trained by the University of Minnesota Bakken Center for Spirituality & Healing to deliver Mindfulness in the Workplace coaching, and has led related programs with diverse groups. Alex has spent over 100 days in silent meditation retreat practice, and is a founding member of Minneapolis Insight, a local meditation community.
