An Evening with Cassey Ho
Stretch your muscles, engage your core, and get ready for an intense pop pilates session with YouTube sensation Cassey Ho (all fitness levels welcome)! Join us in the Great Hall of Coffman Memorial Union on Friday, February 22nd at 6pm for this instructor-led class, followed by a Q&A session with Cassey in the Coffman Theater. You’re going to be feeling the burn -- don’t forget your towel and water!

Maximum of one ticket per U Card/Government ID. Student tickets must show valid U of M-TC U Card at the door. If you do not have your U of M-TC U Card with a student ticket, you will be required to pay the difference at the door.
Cassey Ho is an award-winning fitness instructor, entrepreneur and online personality. She is the creator of Blogilates, the #1 female fitness channel on YouTube with over 600 million video views and 4.4 million subscribers. Cassey's unique format, POP Pilates©, which launched on YouTube in 2009, has become a live class with over 4,000 monthly classes being taught at gyms worldwide. She's also the lead designer of POPFLEX, her activewear line.
