All About Destination DiscoveryΒΆ
The previously held Destination Discovery: St. Paul in-person event in April 2019 showcased programs and accomplishments of the St. Paul campus community over an afternoon of taste testing ice cream, meeting Goldy, hearing live music, and learning about the researchers and student groups that are active and engaged each and every day.
Due to COVID-19 and the ongoing social injustices around the world, we decided to shine a light on lesser known individuals, projects, stories, and events which have shaped our campus, both past and present, by launching this website.
The goal of this project is to highlight these lesser known stories and show the campus, community, University, and hopefully even beyond, that we, as a community, value these contributions just as much as the headline grabbing and often-celebrated accomplishments that the general public are more aware of.
To request disability accommodations contact suaprograms@umn.edu or call 612-626-6919 at least ten business days in advance of event date. We will do our best to accommodate requests made after this date.
COVID-19 Safety Precautions
