The places you’ve been and the places you’ll go! Leadership is not just about taking charge of the ship it’s ensuring that all the passengers have a safe and engaging journey! You are a leader; whether it’s your second week on campus or you’re a seasoned leader of a student organization, fraternity/sorority, or volunteer organization. Build and expand on your current leadership skills, meet and socialize with other student leaders, find your place on the U of M campus! Make your mark--take the next step in the journey of your life!

Program Session topics will include:

  • Maximizing Leadership through Self-Reflection
  • The Importance of Intercultural Competence in Effective Leadership
  • Developing (and Challenging) Your Leadership Identity
  • Effective Conflict Management
  • Acting with Credibility
  • ...and many more! 

Students who attend the Summit will also receive a complimentary lunch, a lanyard, a journal to use for notes and reflection, and information about future leadership development opportunities.
