Customer Service Associates (CSAs) are the front line service providers to guests. CSAs answer general questions about the St. Paul Student Center (SPSC), the U of MN Campus, and Twin Cities meetings, events, and activities via the phone and in person. They provide assistance with postal services and creation of replacement U Cards. CSAs are responsible for maintaining cleanliness of the work area, stocking merchandise, cashiering, and other entry-level tasks.
The successful applicant will be available to be scheduled for this summer for 3 to 5 shifts per week The shifts will be scheduled weekdays between 8:30am and 5pm. This minimum shift length is 2 hours.
Applicants must be available to work at the St Paul Student Center.
