Customer Service Associates (CSAs) are the front line service providers to guests. CSAs answer general questions about the St. Paul Student Center (SPSC), the U of MN Campus, and Twin Cities meetings, events, and activities via the phone and in person. They provide assistance with postal services and creation of replacement U Cards. CSAs are responsible for maintaining cleanliness of the work area, stocking merchandise, cashiering, and other entry-level tasks.

The successful applicant must be able to work for the majority of the summer and will be expected to work at least three shift per week with minimum shift length is 4 hours.
Staff may work up to 40 hours per week over the summer.
Please use your summer (May 12-Sept 3) availability when you complete the application. We understand employees may want a bit of time off for vacation over the summer, but are looking for someone interested in working most of the summer.
Eligible employees may continue into Fall Semester.
