The Grants Assistant will assist with the facilitation of the SUA Student Group Grants Program. Much of the daily work is carried out without direct oversight, and primarily includes processing of Grants applications and communications with Grant applicants & recipients.
The Grant Assistant will learn relevant University and departmental policies & procedures.

Office hours are Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:30pm.
Applicants must be able to work three to four shifts a week during office hours. At least two shifts must be worked in the office, the other shifts may be worked remotely. The minimum shift length is two hours.
Typically, the Grants Assistant work up to 15 hours per week during academic year.
The successful applicant will expect to be available and eligible to hold the position through the 2022/2023 academic year.
The hiring manager hopes to complete hiring as soon as possible; the actual start date will be with Fall Semester.
