The Student Unions & Activities (SUA) Student Events and Entertainment (SEE) intends to further the cultural, educational, social, entertainment, and recreational needs of the students and campus community through providing campus-wide programs.
The SEE Event Planners develop program planning skills and provide leadership experience through initiating, developing, and implementing a diverse event schedule.
The SEE Game Rooms Planners have committee specific responsibilities that include planning in-person and virtual events (e.g. Bingo and Trivia) for Goldy's Gameroom and large events for Goldy's Gameroom and the Gopher Spot

The Game Room Event Planner works in the Student Activities Office. The Student Activities Office virtual summer office hours are weekdays, 9am-4pm; the summer physical office (126 CMU) hours are Tuesdays to Thursdays, 9am-4pm.
The successful applicant will be available to work at least two shifts, remotely or in-person, during office hours.
Additionally, the Game Room Event Planner should be available some evenings and weekends, for virtual and/or in-person events. The Game Room Event Planner must be able to host Bingo on Wednesdays 7:30pm-10pm.
Remaining hours are flexible.
