The Administrative Office Assistant for Student Unions & Activities is the initial department contact for students, staff, guests, and visitors. Office Assistants are responsible for providing essential office support by scheduling meetings; managing resources and reservations; copying and filing; processing mail and packages; and managing departmental email accounts. The Administrative Office Assistant also provides assistance on special projects and tasks for department staff.

The position requires working on site, in the SUA Administration Office in Coffman Memorial Union.
All shifts will be scheduled during office hours (Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m.-4:30 p.m.), with the minimum shift length being 2 hours.
The hiring manager expects to have the position filled by Late April. This will allow the incoming Office Assistant to shadow the current Office Assistant before the semester ends.
