Payroll/HR Assistant will assist in verifying biweekly payroll and answer Student Life departments' student staff questions related to MyU timesheets and pay information. The employee will assist staff in posting student job openings and completing new hire / end of employment paperwork.

The position is a mixture of on-campus and remote work. The position is based in the SUA Administration Office in Coffman Memorial Union.
Applicants must be available to start training in Spring 2023. Applicants must be available to schedule their work weekdays, Monday-Friday, between 9am-3:00pm. Typically staff work three days a week. Work hours vary, typically 6 to 10 hours during the academic year and 6 to 15 hours per week in the summer.
A document to give some sense of your general summer (May 15-Sept 1st) availability is required.
Please note - This position requires strong MS Excel skills. Applicants must be comfortable working with pivot tables, graphs, and large sets of data.
