Description

Customer Service Associates (CSAs) are the front line service providers to Goldy's Gameroom guests. CSAs provide good customer service by displaying a welcoming attitude and becoming knowledgeable regarding products and services offered at Goldy's. Goldy's CSAs must be available to work a minimum of 10 hours per week, on average.

Requirements

  • Current U of MN - Twin Cities degree-seeking student. See student employment eligibility
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Ability to work with a diverse customer base
  • Minimum 10 hours per week availability during Goldys hours of operation

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous customer service experience
  • Previous cash handling experience
  • General knowledge of bowling and billiards
  • Mechanical aptitude

The Goldy's Gameroom Customer Service Associate work week varies, but up 30 30 hours per week during the summer.. The successful applicant will be available to schedule to work at least 2 days per week, with the minimum shift length of 4 hours

The Goldy's Gameroom will be scheduled for shifts during the following times:

  • Mondays-Fridays: 11am - 11pm

The hiring manager hopes to complete hiring by the end of Spring Semester
