Student Managers serve as the first point of contact for Customer Service Associates (CSAs) and are responsible for providing leadership through supervision and coaching. Student Managers also assist in inventory management, monitoring facility conditions, and performing other mid-level administrative tasks.
Retail Student Managers' work and responsibilities vary slightly by primary location:
Students participate in experiences outside the classroom which allow them to develop and demonstrate life skills. These skills and characteristics for success and citizenship are learned and refined during their college years and beyond.
