Registered Student Groups
$150 for 0-5 hours; $60 each additional hour

University Departments & Government Agencies
$300 for 0-5 hours; $60 each additional hour

Outside Guests
$600 for 0-5 hours; $120 each additional hour

Includes 0-5 hours of room rental and the Basic AV Package: Data Projector, Computer Audio, and Lectern with a Wired Microphone

Additional charges may apply depending on the nature of your reservation and event needs. Charges can be accrued throughout the event planning period up to and including the day of your event. SUA reserves the right to assess convenience, cleaning, or other fees as applicable. A final bill will be sent within 30 days of your event.
