These rates are reserved for student groups that are formally registered with the Student Activities Office. See the Student Groups page for more details on the process of registration.

Event Staffing
Certain events may require the use of our event staff at the rates listed below. All staff costs are assessed for a minimum of 4 hours, except where otherwise noted. Please contact (612) 624-9954 or (612) 624-0936 if you have a question regarding our staff policies.

Audio/Video Packages
Student Unions & Activities offers four basic packages designed to meet the needs of the majority of our customers. See our A/V Tech Services for tech sheets on some of our larger venues. Inquiries should be directed to our A/V Manager at (612) 625-1966.
Please note MN State Sales Tax will be charged on all Audio/Video Equipment for student groups and guest reservations at the current rate of 7.775% in CMU and 7.125% in SPSC.
