U-Pass
The U-Pass for students is available to order online from Parking and Transportation Services (External Link.). Once ordered, the U-Pass can be picked up at the Coffman Union or St. Paul Student Center Info Desk.
Go-To Card
Cards can hold up to $200 in Stored Value and customers receive a 10% discount on the value of the fare (Example: Ride Value $11, Price $10). Cards can hold up to two 31-day passes.
Was your Go-To card lost or stolen? Call Metro Transit at (612) 373-3333 opt. 3. For $5, MetroTransit will deactivate the old card and activate a new one with the remaining value in your lost or stolen card.
Due to Metro Transit restrictions, we are not able to offer refunds on bus passes. If your card has stopped working, please visit one of the three Transit Stores located in Downtown Minneapolis, Downtown St. Paul, and Bloomington Mall of America. Metro Transit's number is (612) 373-3333.
Stored Value Pass
Stored Value cards are useable on any Metro Transit bus, and the value is deducted from the value on the card.
