As a benefit offered to registered student groups, you may obtain a mailbox in Student Activities, 126 Coffman Memorial Union. To request a mailbox, indicate your interest in receiving mail at 126 Coffman Memorial Union when completing your online student group registration materials and if available, complete the Mailbox Rental Application Form online. This form will require you to provide the group name and some basic contact information. Once you have a mailbox in Student Activities, you must direct all mail to the following address:

{Your Group Name}
126 Coffman Memorial Union
300 Washington Ave, SE
Minneapolis, MN 55455

Completion of the Mailbox Rental Application Form ensures that your group's mailbox will be valid at 126 Coffman Memorial Union through the end of the current registration period. If mailbox rental is not renewed, but your student group re-registers, mail will be forwarded to the new address submitted online with your group’s registration. If your student group expires or does not re-register, all mail will be returned to sender.

This address should be listed as your contact address on the SUA Student Groups website. Every year, when you re-register your group online, you are asked for a current mailing address.

Please remember to check your mailbox at least once per week. SUA staff reserves the right to terminate a mailbox and return mail to sender should your group not check their mailbox on a monthly (30 calendar days) basis.

Student Activities will not accept mail on behalf of student groups or officers who do not have a valid mailbox in 126 Coffman Memorial Union or office space elsewhere in Student Unions and Activities. SUA staff reserves the right to return mail to sender.

Registered student groups and University departments interested in sending mail and/or information to student groups with mailboxes in Student Activities (CMU 126) must list the student group's mailing address (see above) as well as a return address, in accordance with standard mailing practice. All materials without postage must clearly list the sponsoring registered student group and/or University department's name.
