Title: Goldy's Gameroom Gameroom Attendant

Level: Entry

Essential Functions:

The primary role of Gameroom Attendants is to provide front line customer service in Goldy's Gameroom. Gameroom Attendants are responsible for providing general customer service, preparing food, maintaining the cleanliness of Goldy's Gamerooms, stocking merchandise, and other entry-level administrative tasks. Employees are scheduled for shifts at Goldy's Gameroom based on their class schedule and Gameroom needs. Gameroom Attendants must be available to be scheduled a minimum of 10 hours per week.

  • 40% Customer Service: Customer Service: Answer customer questions; providing courteous, professional and prompt service; thorough knowledge of products and services offered; firm adherence to SUA Retail policies.
  • 35% Technical Operations: Daily transactions (cash registers, opening and closing procedures); prepares food and adheres to food safety regulations; trouble shooting minor bowling equipment malfunctions.
  • 20% Cleaning and Stocking: Light cleaning, checking in vendors, displaying Goldy's merchandise, maintains FIFO rotation system.
  • 05% Other duties as assigned, including but not limited to: attending scheduled meetings; communicating issues, changes, and concerns to management.
