Prospectus

The deadline for exhibiting during the 2012-2013 academic year is March 9, 2012. Exhibitions will be determined mid-April.

Student Unions & Activities organizes 9 solo, group, or theme-based exhibitions per year at the St. Paul Student Center's 520 sq. foot Larson Art Gallery. It also organizes 4 solo exhibitions at Coffman Memorial Union's Coffman Art Gallery. To display your work in the galleries, submit a prospectus to the Visual Arts Committee.

Visual Arts Committee Prospectus

Please make sure to include all of the following:

  • Contact information: email, website (if applicable), and phone
  • 3-5 samples of your artwork in JPEG format with a minimum resolution of 300dpi at 4x6 inches
  • Artist's statement
  • Self-addressed stamped envelope for return of images

The Visual Arts Committee reviews and determines gallery placement in mid-April.
