By Foot
With two locations on campus, Gophers After Dark is just a short walk away at Coffman Union or the St. Paul Student Center. You can call 624-WALK (Escort Service ) and a certified security monitor will escort you to your destination, free of charge.
By Car
Park your car in the East River Parkway Garage or Gortner Ramp and get complimentary parking during Gophers After Dark. You must present a valid U of M student ID.
At Coffman Memorial Union, please bring your parking ticket between 9 p.m. and 1 a.m. to the Gophers After Dark info booth and receive a coupon that will cover your parking expenses.
Gophers After Dark will cover any parking expenses between 6 p.m. and 3 a.m., but any additional parking fees incurred beyond this time frame will be the responsibility of the customer.
By Bus
The Campus Connector shuttles operate every 20 minutes between St. Paul and Minneapolis campuses, until midnight. On Friday and Saturday nights, from midnight to 2am, the Gophers After Dark Union to Union shuttle will take students between Coffman Memorial Union and the St Paul Student Center with shuttles running between campuses every 30 minutes. The Coffman Memorial Union stop will be directly behind Coffman Memorial Union on Delaware St SE.
Gopher Chauffeur
The Gopher Chauffeur (External Link.) is a free transportation service that promotes safety in the campus community by providing University of Minnesota students with safe rides home. Two eleven-passenger Gopher Chauffeur vans operate from 10:00 p.m. to 2:00 a.m. on Friday and Saturday nights. To schedule a pick up call (612) 388-6911 30 minutes before your preferred pick-up time (sorry, no texts!).
