Job Duties


  • 30% -- Customer Service; maintains regularly scheduled Concessions shifts at the Whole and CMU Theater, maintains a working knowledge of products and services offered by SUA, deals with and solves customers’ problems and concerns, position is required to work both behind the counter and inside the theater as a “hawker”.
  • 30% -- Orders and Inventory Maintenance; performs opening and closing procedures, prepares inventory orders, receives and stocks inventory, assists in determining cause of cash and inventory shortages.
  • 20% -- Supervision of Concessionaires; develop and schedule employee training programs, manuals, and materials, assign and monitor tasks, duties and responsibilities, oversee and monitor tasks, duties and responsibilities, coach on proper work behaviors and expectations, maintain appropriate coaching records and follow up with management on chronic or critical performance issues, write and perform Performance Development Process, update area internal website and other communication resources, cover employee breaks and shifts when entry-level employees are not available
  • 15% -- Technical Operations; cashiering, cleaning and stocking, and checking in orders.
  • 5% -- Other duties as assigned including, but not limited to; attend weekly 1-1 meetings with manager, keep managers updated on changes and concerns, cover Concessionaires shifts when needed, ensure Concessions areas have adequate supplies.
